Recently, the service team of LiuGong Indonesia visited key customers in the nickel mining sector in Sulawesi.
每到達(dá)一個(gè)客戶工地后,柳工印尼服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)首先對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行巡檢,幫助客戶進(jìn)行預(yù)防性維護(hù)檢查并幫助解決現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題,同時(shí)悉心指導(dǎo)客戶使用過(guò)程中如何做好維護(hù)。
Upon arriving at each customer's worksite, the LiuGong Indonesia service team conducted equipment inspections. They assisted customers with preventive maintenance checks, addressed existing issues, and provided detailed guidance on effective equipment maintenance during operation.
巡檢結(jié)束后,柳工印尼服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和客戶進(jìn)行了親切的交談,了解設(shè)備使用情況,對(duì)柳工產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的建議等。
Following the inspections, the LiuGong Indonesia service team engaged in friendly conversations with the customers. They sought to understand the equipment usage and gathered feedback on LiuGong products and the service team.
Kolaka區(qū)域某鎳礦開(kāi)采公司項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理Nino說(shuō)道:“印尼地處熱帶,高溫高濕,而且交通物流有所不便,非??简?yàn)挖掘機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性、可靠性,同時(shí)對(duì)售后服務(wù)也是非常大的考驗(yàn)。自2022年以來(lái),柳工設(shè)備一直都在高溫、高粉塵等惡劣條件下工作,但發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、液壓泵等核心部件都經(jīng)受住了考驗(yàn),工作性能及表現(xiàn)十分穩(wěn)定?!盢ino所在的公司擁有30多臺(tái)柳工設(shè)備,包括挖掘機(jī)、平地機(jī)、推土機(jī)、裝載機(jī)等,他表示,柳工的服務(wù)非常高效,設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障后能及時(shí)到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),而且就算是保外的設(shè)備柳工服務(wù)工程師也會(huì)耐心幫忙檢查,這使得他們沒(méi)有了后顧之憂。
Nino, the project manager of a nickel mining company in the Kolaka region, remarked, "Indonesia's tropical climate, with high temperatures and humidity, poor fuel quality, and challenging transportation logistics, poses a significant test to the stability and reliability of excavators. LiuGong equipment has consistently worked in harsh conditions since 2022, such as high temperatures and dust. Core components like the engine and hydraulic pump have successfully withstood these challenges, delivering stable performance." Nino's company owns more than 30 units of LiuGong equipment, including excavators, graders, dozers, and loaders. He noted that LiuGong's service is highly efficient, providing prompt on-site support for equipment issues. Even for equipment beyond the warranty period, LiuGong service engineers patiently inspect and assist, relieving their concerns.
