柳工老撾首個呼叫中心上線

LiuGong's First Call Center in Laos Opened

8月26日,柳工海外第18個、老撾首個呼叫中心舉行上線儀式,柳工老撾經(jīng)銷商VK公司總經(jīng)理張珂先生攜其夫人阿玲女士、柳工亞太公司總經(jīng)理向冬生先生以及VK集團公司和柳工駐老撾辦事處全體人員參加了上線儀式。

On August 26, LiuGong held a launch ceremony for its 18th overseas call center, which is also the first in Laos. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Zhang Ke, General Manager of LiuGong’s Laos dealer VK Company, along with his wife Ms. Ling, Mr. Xiang Dongsheng, General Manager of LiuGong Asia Pacific, as well as all staff from VK Group and LiuGong's office in Laos.

活動中,張珂先生積極動員VK全體人員學習并參與呼叫中心的工作。

During the event, Mr. Zhang Ke encouraged all VK staff to participate in the work of the call center.

向冬生先生表示:

“柳工呼叫中心在老撾正式上線,意味著柳工在老撾的后市場已踏入數(shù)字化、系統(tǒng)化、高質(zhì)量和高標準發(fā)展,該中心將為VK集團公司在老撾后市場領(lǐng)域提供強有力支持!”

"The official launch of LiuGong Call Center in Laos signifies that LiuGong's aftermarket services in Laos has entered a new phase of digitalization, systematization, high-quality, and high standard development. This center will provide strong support for VK’s aftermarket operation in Laos!"

老撾呼叫中心的上線,將進一步提升柳工在老撾的本地化服務能力及優(yōu)勢。該中心除了讓能快速解決客戶需求,還將借助后市場服務系統(tǒng)形成的數(shù)據(jù)庫,進一步提升服務質(zhì)量和客戶滿意度。

The launch of the Call Center in Laos will further enhance LiuGong's localized service capabilities and advantages in Laos. In addition to enabling rapid response to customer needs, the center will also leverage the database formed by the aftermarket service system to further improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
