LiuGong Central Asia Held the First Customer Day

7月12日,柳工中亞機(jī)械有限公司在烏茲別克斯坦塔什干成功舉辦首屆客戶節(jié)。烏茲別克斯坦中國企業(yè)商會執(zhí)行會長劉羽先生、柳工高級總監(jiān)鄧濤先生,以及來自中亞五國的200余名客戶和經(jīng)銷商參與了活動。

On July 12, LiuGong Central Asia held its first customer day in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Mr. Liu Yu, Executive President of the Chinese Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan, Mr. Deng Tao, LiuGong Senior Director, and over 200 customers and dealers from five Central Asian countries attended the event.

中亞與中國的深厚友誼,從古絲綢之路延續(xù)至今日的“一帶一路”,兩國人民的緊密聯(lián)系為雙邊合作奠定了堅實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。劉羽先生高度評價了柳工在促進(jìn)中烏兩國多領(lǐng)域合作、實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏中發(fā)揮的關(guān)鍵作用。

The deep friendship between Central Asia and China, which dates back to the ancient Silk Road and continues through today's Belt and Road Initiative, has laid a solid foundation for bilateral cooperation. Mr. Liu Yu highly praised LiuGong's key role in promoting multi-field cooperation between China and Uzbekistan, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

鄧濤先生在開場致辭中強(qiáng)調(diào)了柳工對產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的不懈追求,并對長期支持柳工發(fā)展的客戶表達(dá)誠摯感謝。

In his opening speech, Mr. Deng Tao emphasized LiuGong's relentless pursuit of product and service quality and expressed sincere gratitude to the customers who have supported LiuGong's development over the years.

客戶節(jié)期間,23臺柳工設(shè)備按照道路施工流程精心排列,體現(xiàn)了柳工在基建、道路施工行業(yè)等多個細(xì)分行業(yè)的設(shè)備組合解決方案?,F(xiàn)場還設(shè)立了服務(wù)方案和配件展示區(qū),充分展示了柳工為設(shè)備全生命周期提供的解決方案。此外,柳工中亞公司還舉行了509E攤鋪機(jī)交機(jī)儀式,并與各中亞企業(yè)、政府機(jī)構(gòu)和服務(wù)站簽約成為戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。

23 LiuGong machines were specially arranged according to the road construction process, showcasing LiuGong's integrated solutions for infrastructure and road construction. A dedicated service and spare parts display area was also set up on-site, fully demonstrating LiuGong's lifecycle solutions for equipment. Additionally, LiuGong Central Asia held a handover ceremony for the 509E paver and signed strategic partnership agreements with various Central Asian enterprises, government agencies, and service stations.

客戶節(jié)現(xiàn)場還舉行了VIP會談、經(jīng)銷商和客戶頒獎、豐富多彩的本地表演以及晚宴抽獎等活動??蛻魝兎Q贊了柳工“客戶至上”的服務(wù)理念和實(shí)際行動,并對雙方未來的合作充滿期待和信心。

The event also featured VIP meetings, dealer and customer awards, vibrant local performances, and a gala dinner with a prize draw. Customers praised LiuGong's Customer First philosophy, expressing great expectations and confidence in future cooperation.

Since 2005, LiuGong has continuously deepened its presence in the Central Asian market, establishing wholly-owned subsidiaries, offices, and training centers in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; Almaty, Kazakhstan; and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Mr. Xu Xiang, General Manager of LiuGong Central Asia, provided a detailed introduction to the company's business development and market performance in the region, showcasing LiuGong's strong competitiveness in the regional market. LiuGong plans to further increase investment within the next three years by building new companies, larger parts warehouses, after-sales service centers, and product display centers. Additionally, LiuGong aims to collaborate with local educational institutions to train more skilled talent, supporting the economic and social development of Central Asian countries.
